Record Store Day’s full 2026 inventory has arrived, once again celebrating physical media and the shops that have facilitated its renewed vogue with a massive haul of exclusive releases. A whopping 363 products will be offered only in independent record shops on April 18, spanning a vast array of artists and genres.

California congressman Rep. Jared Huffman paid tribute to Bob Weir on Wednesday by going barefoot on the House floor. Huffman, a Democrat who has served as the U.S. representative for California’s 2nd congressional district since 2013, rose to speak to the late Grateful Dead guitarist’s legacy in his home of Mill Valley, Calif. The Black Keys have returned to unveil Peaches!, their 14th studio album. Due to arrive on May 1 via Easy Eye Sound, the garage-rock duo of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney herald their follow-up to 2025’s No Rain, No Flowers as their “most natural record” since their 2002 debut, owing to its roots in raw expression reminiscent of their earliest creative practices.
