Experience two sides of the genius of Miles Davis through the artists furthering his vision.

Few artists in music created more groundbreaking, resonant, and influential work than Miles Davis. From new explorations of the acoustic jewel Kind of Blue to the spirit of bold innovation that followed, join The 92nd Street Y for two exclusive NYC concerts celebrating the beauty, groove, and singular brilliance of a music icon.

The Kind of Blue Band revisits the music of Kind of Blue, the massively influential bestselling jazz album of all time, performed by an A-list band anchored by gorgeous-toned trumpeter Eddie Henderson.

The Miles Electric Band (M.E.B.) channels the irresistible energy of Miles’ groove-heavy electric era, featuring a stellar band of artists – many of whom performed with him – and including the legendary DJ Logic.
