From July 31–August 2, The Heart of Town transforms Pier 48 into a swirling celebration of sound, color, and community. Hosted by Grahame Lesh & Friends and presented by the San Francisco Giants and Relix, this three-night, concert series pays homage to 60 years of the Grateful Dead—with a psychedelic full-sensory experience to match.

Just steps from Oracle Park and set against the backdrop of the Bay, each night brings a rotating cast of all-star collaborators: Taylor & Griffin Goldsmith (Dawes), Jackie Greene, John Medeski, Melvin Seals, Eric Krasno, Karina Rykman, Tommy Hamilton, Karl Denson, Neal Francis, Duane Betts, Mikaela Davis, Adam Deitch, and many more.

Expect immersive visuals, a vibrant vending village, state-of-the-art production, and deep jams that stretch long into the night. Thursday kicks off at 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday start at 11 p.m., following Dead & Company’s Golden Gate Park sets.
