Harvest Moon, a benefit concert supporting The Painted Turtle and Bridge School Foundations, will return on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The charity event will feature performances by musical guests, including Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts, who have just completed their Farm Aid appearance, which arrives on the heels of the band’s final Love Earth Tour stop. Also on the bill are acclaimed singer-songwriter Beck and alt-pop superstar Lana Del Rey.

A new supergroup is entering the fold. Comprised of ‘90s era luminaries, Grammy award-winning Hootie & the Blowfish lead and multi-platinum country legend Darius Rucker, co-founder of R.E.M. and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Mike Mills, joined by founding member of The Black Crowes and the group’s former drummer Steve Gorman, they have launched Howl Owl Howl. The ensemble shared the news of their formation today, alongside a series of November tour dates and the promise of their first single, “My Cologne,” which will arrive on October 31.

On Tuesday evening, Goose commenced the first of two nights on the Louisville Palace Theatre stage in Louisville, Ky. The latest performance occurred after the foursome delivered a debut of Future Islands’ “Peach” during their Chicago stand on Saturday, Sept. 20. During last night’s concert, they maintained the trend of reinvigorating their setlist by returning to Walter Murphy’s disco-informed instrumental, “A Fifth Of Beethoven,” which emerged for the first time in 108 shows.

Leftover Salmon has turned over the official invitation for their fourth annual High Country Kaua’i gathering, which will be held at Anaina Hou Community Park in Kilauea, Hawaii. The next iteration of the event is scheduled for April 17-19, 2026, and will feature guest slots from prominent members of the bluegrass and jam community.

On Monday, Sept. 22, The Revivalists rolled into Port Chester, N.Y. for another stop on their All in the Family Tour. The hard-hitting roots-rock ensemble’s latest stand continued the 10th anniversary celebration of their third studio album, Men Amongst Mountains, which they marked in July with an expansive reissue.
