Dead & Company Confirm 60th Anniversary Celebration of Grateful Dead in Golden Gate Park with Opening Sets from Billy Strings, Sturgill Simpson and Trey Anastasio Band

On May 12, the Mayor of San Francisco, Daniel Lurie, took to Twitter/X and announced Dead & Company’s August 1-3 concerts at historic Golden Gate Park to celebrate the Grateful Dead’s 60th anniversary. The band confirmed the impending run, which will occur during Daze Between [Jerry Garcia’s August 1st birthday and August 9th passing], and the opening act.
