Phish have formally announced plans to carry on their beloved year-end tradition with a New Year’s Eve celebration at New York’s iconic Madison Square Garden. This year’s series, staging from Dec. 28-31, will bring the band’s total count of MSG performances to 91, following a triumphant return in 2024 that celebrated 30 years since their 1994 debut at The Garden. Phish’s forthcoming staging will mark 18 New Year’s stands at the world’s most famous arena.

Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has unveiled the lineup for its 2026 event. Returning to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif., on April 10-12 and 17-19, Goldenvoice’s venerable desert festival will feature more than 130 artists from across genres, led by headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and Karol G. Other top billings fro this year’s festival include David Byrne, The Strokes, Young Thug, The xx, Iggy Pop, Ethel Cain, Interpol, Alex G, Turnstile, Dijon, Laufey, Wet Leg, FKA Twigs, Clipse, Disclosure and Nine Inch Noize–likely a collaboration between Nine Inch Nails and the elsewhere-billed Boys Noize.
