On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors approved a resolution to retitle a small stretch of road in the Excelsior District in honor of the Grateful Dead guitarist, “Jerry Garcia Street,” to commemorate the block he grew up on.

Jimmy Page Sued by Original “Dazed and Confused” Songwriter Again

Jimmy Page is being sued again by Jake Holmes, the original songwriter for “Dazed and Confused.” Holmes’ motion, filed in California court yesterday, May 5, alleges copyright infringement and breach of contract for the song’s inclusion in archival collections and a miscredited placement in the recently released Becoming Led Zeppelin documentary.
