Talking Heads frontman David Byrne has teamed up with L Acoustics, an industry leader in generating sound technology, and Black Meteor storytelling studio to create a new three-part documentary series, The Art of Sound, a fusion of scientific unveiling and artistic perception to present sound’s rudimentary role in human evolution and daily life. The first episode has dropped on YouTube and can be viewed below.

Goose have tacked on a new batch of live dates to their Everything Must Go Tour, the Connecticut quartet’s current run supporting their fourth studio album, for which the outing is named. According to their official press release, the first newly added concert appearance will arrive after Goose’s already-announced set at Harvest Music Festival in Fredericton, New Brunswick, formally occurring on September 14, at Waterfront Park in Burlington, Vt.
