The Grateful Dead Catalog Meets the Relix Archive

Before there was an internet, before there was a jam band scene with a name, there was a mimeographed newsletter passed hand to hand at shows, tracking who had the best soundboard from Barton Hall or the Fillmore East. That newsletter was Relix, born in 1974 out of the tape trading community that grew up around the Grateful Dead. Fifty years later, we're still here, and now we're bringing you an officially licensed Grateful Dead collection built by the people who've been documenting this scene since day one.

Relix was there when Wall of Sound was still an experiment, when the tape trees were growing out of PO boxes, when "Deadhead" was a word you had to explain to your parents. That history is stitched into every piece in this collection.
