For the first time in her illustrious career, Ruthie Foster is following up a Grammy-winning album. The Texas native and six-time Grammy nominee finally took home the well-deserved high honor in 2025 with a Best Contemporary Blues Album for Mileage. An album of widespread critical acclaim, it also marked Foster’s first creative partnership with producer Tyler Bryant, a Nashville-based Texan guitarist and leader of The Shakedown.

October 31, 1991 was the last Halloween the Dead ever played: the final night of a four-show Oakland run. Ken Kesey came onstage during a "Dark Star" that turned into an elegy for him, and the band closed the night with "Werewolves of London," the last time they ever covered it. Named-run shirts like this one were made for a specific handful of nights and sold to the people who were there. There is no national print run behind them.
