Ticketmaster will provide new pricing transparency in the U.K. market, following the fallout from Oasis’ Live ‘25 tour on-sale. While an investigation by the U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority determined that the company did not employ dynamic pricing or violate consumer protection laws in the hectic ticket launch, the regulatory agency holds that the tiered pricing system may have misled fans with unclear costs and benefits. Ticketmaster has agreed to improve access to information throughout the purchasing process.

John Lennon’s “Lost Weekend” glasses are on the block. The tinted prescription frames, worn by the musician from 1973 to early 1974, during the 18 months he separated from Yoko Ono and began a relationship with his personal assistant, May Pang, are part of a new lot of historic items listed on Propstore’s Music Memorabilia Live Auction. The starting bid is set at just over $100,000 and is estimated to sell for between $200,000 and $400,000.

For the impending 25th anniversary of North Mississippi Allstars’ Grammy nominated debut album, Shake Hands with Shorty, the band’s guitarist, singer and co-founder, Luther Dickinson, had been thinking about a suitable celebration. He wanted to mark the milestone with a box set, including a rerelease of the seminal record, a newly pressed vinyl version and a host of outtakes and bonus tracks. Then, Luther ran into a licensing roadblock.

Yonder Mountain String Band have announced a new slate of tour dates for 2026. From Jan. 8 to March 21, the long-running progressive bluegrass ensemble will deliver 29 performances across the country. After wrapping up an action-packed year on the road, which included a memorable co-headline summer run with Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country and Mountain Grass Unit, the quintet will embark on another with an opening series in their Colorado home state.

Sam Grisman Project have mapped out the next leg of their live tour dates. The ensemble, which is led by bassist Sam Grisman, the son of mandolin virtuoso and Jerry Garcia’s ‘90s collaborator, David “Dawg” Grisman, will be joined by a rotating cast of bluegrass heavyweights when the run picks up on November 12, in Kent, Ohio.
