As we’ve reported, Pearl Jam closed out this year’s Ohana Festival on Sunday with a special guest. Billy Strings joined the group for the band’s performance at the event at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, CA.

In early December Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country will perform nine acoustic dates. The group will perform as a trio for these shows, without drummer Will "Bronco" Clark who will be on paternity leave following the birth of a child. Donato notes, “As Bronco stays home to tend to the old home place and his newly born son this December, I had a wild idea…Let’s do an unplugged acoustic tour! The very first in Cosmic Country history of all space and time.”

The Toy Factory Project have added one additional gig to their New Year’s tour. The group, which celebrates the legacy of Marshall Tucker Band founder Toy Caldwell, will also appear on December 30 at Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium in Spartanburg, SC. This is a special homecoming gig, as Spartanburg is the birthplace of the original Marshall Tucker Band.

In mid-October, Stevie Wonder will take to the road for a tour to celebrate the 50th anniversary of his acclaimed album Songs in the Key of Life. These shows will kick off in the U.K. on October 13 and then following a month in Europe, Wonder will perform for a couple weeks in the U.S.
