On May 12, the Mayor of San Francisco, Daniel Lurie, took to Twitter/X and announced Dead & Company’s August 1-3 concerts at historic Golden Gate Park to celebrate the Grateful Dead’s 60th anniversary. The band confirmed the impending run, which will occur during Daze Between [Jerry Garcia’s August 1st birthday and August 9th passing], and the opening act.

The Pennsylvania-based Hunt Auctions has announced The Personal Collection of Bill Walton, an expansive offering of items that span his celebrated sports career and Grateful Dead fandom.
